GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions (“The Terms and Conditions”) are valid between You and brand “Flow skin” owner FLOWE Cosmetics SIA, registration No 40203572046 (may be referred to as “Flow skin”, “us” and “we”), and apply to all use of and orders placed on website floweskin.com, floweskin.eu, floweskin.lt, floweskin.ee (the “website”). We reserve the right to revise the Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the latest update is found in the final section of The Terms and Conditions. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes. Please note that The Terms and Conditions valid for your order is always The Terms and Conditions that is in effect as of the time that you place your order and not a later version. You should keep a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference.
The language of The Terms and Conditions is English.
Flowe skin protects fundamental rights and freedoms of the natural persons, especially the right to inviolability of private life, with regard to the processing of data of a natural person in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC. The personal data processing policy is available on our website (the “Privacy Policy”).
PLACING ORDERS
By using the website and/or placing an order on the website you confirm that you have read The Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, and that you accept them. Please make sure that you have read and understood The Terms and Conditions before you place an order.
Before you place your order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selections, the information you have provided, the total price of your order and correct any input errors. Please note that products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have placed the order at checkout and received the order confirmation email. If prolonged inactivity causes your connection to the website to fail, your selection of products may be lost. In such case, you will be required to re-enter your selection of products to the shopping bag.
After submitting your order, we will send you an order confirmation email with your order number, details of the product(s) you have ordered from us, your payment details and delivery details.
Please note that We does not guarantee that all products presented on the website are in stock or are available for purchase.
Flowe skin reserves its right to stop selling a product. Orders can only be placed by persons that are 18 years or older.
ACCEPTANCE & SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
Please note that all orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of an order if there are objective reasons for doing so (for example, the product is unavailable or the payment cannot be authorized), by informing you without undue delay, but no later than within 14 days.
Once the order has been processed, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with all relevant information about your order. The shipping confirmation is our acceptance of your order. Please note that Flowe skin does not guarantee that all products presented on the website are in stock at the time of your order. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you shortly, by email. If we already have received payment for such a product we will refund you the amount of the purchase.
PRICES
The prices and delivery costs shown on the website include VAT. The prices and delivery costs shown on the website may vary from time to time and Flowe skin is not bound by the price until Flowe skin has accepted the order by sending the shipping confirmation to you. The prices may also vary between a physical store and the website. If you have placed an order and the price has changed before we have accepted your order (by sending you the shipping confirmation), we will notify you by email about the price change and give you the option to place a new order with the new price or cancel the old order. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be cancelled. Flowe skin always reserves the right to cancel any order prior to our acceptance of the order. If we already have received payment for a cancelled order, we will refund you the amount of the purchase. Please also note that Flowe skin may cancel the order even if it has been accepted by Flowe skin under the condition that you realize or should have realized that the price information was incorrect. The delivery costs are shown in connection with the shipping methods at the checkout.
PAYMENTS
The payment currency on the website is Euro. Purchases can be paid for by selecting the following payment methods provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv, Maksekeskus AS:
- Online banking payments in Latvia: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele and Luminor
- Online banking payments in Estonia: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor
- Online banking payments in Lithuania: Swedbank, SEB and Luminor
- Online banking payments in Finland: Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Pohjola, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästöpankki
- Visa/Mastercard card payments
- Apple/Goggle pay
When using online banking as the payment method, please confirm your order and click the “Return to merchant” button.
The personal data required to process payments is transferred to the licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS.
By making a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. If the payment is declined, the order will be cancelled.
Payment via PayPal is also available. PayPal protects your financial data, and it does not need to be provided with each online purchase.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Flowe skin offers shipping within the EU and Schengen
Flowe skin aim to ship all orders within 24 hours during weekdays, and the first following weekday if the order is placed during weekend.
Once your entire order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation. Please note that delivery estimates in checkout are only estimates and actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping locations. Flowe skin will not be able for any loss or damage suffered by any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Please also note that the delivery estimates do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. If the Product is not delivered within 30 days, we will provide you with a new reasonable delivery deadline. If the Product is not delivered within that extended deadline, we will cancel the purchase and refund the full amount paid..
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you were to be unsatisfied with your purchase at Flowe skin website, you are entitled to withdraw your purchase or exchange your product by sending a notice to Flowe skin (customerservice@floweskin.com) within 14 days of you receiving your order. In the case of a product being broken during transportation, please send a photo for proof to Flowe skin (customerservice@floweskin.com).
Returned product(s) should be in unused condition accompanied by the original invoice no later than 14 days after sending your notice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and in a resell able condition. Flowe skin will not accept returns where labels have been removed or products have been opened.
If a gift that is considered a hygiene or cosmetic product was sent to you together with the Product and is associated with the purchase, and you withdraw from the purchase of the Product, you are required to return the gift in an unused and undamaged condition, in its original packaging (if applicable). If the gift has been opened or its value has decreased, the refundable purchase amount may be reduced accordingly to reflect the value of the gift.
Refunds for returned goods will be made within 14 days of the return of the product by the same payment method used at the original purchase for the amount paid to Flowe skin. Please note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Refunds for faulty items will be made within 30 days period following delivery.
Faulty products can only be refunded if the products’ functionality or value has not diminished due to your handling of the products to a greater extent than is necessary in order to ascertain its characteristics or function. According to Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, which transposes Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you are entitled to complain about defective products within two years. However, you must always notify Flowe skin within a reasonable time after you have detected that the products are defective. If Flowe skin consider the products to be defective, Flowe skin will make a full refund.
RETURN PROCESS
Please follow the below steps when returning:
- Send a notice to customerservice@floweskin.com and include your order number, reason for return request and pictures of the product. Please also include your name, email address and phone number in order for us to be able to contact you if necessary.
- If the return is accepted, you will then receive a confirmation from us, and we will send a prepaid return label. Please note that if you would like to return your product in another way, Flowe skin do not offer compensation for the return fee.
- Place the product(s) in the original shipping box, or another solid well-padded carton box. Close the box and tape it securely. Place the prepaid return label on the box and clearly mark the package with the order number.
If you choose to return your product in another way than recommended by Flowe skin, please send it with an authorized and secure forwarding agent/transport company.
- For returns from the EU, the Schengen Area and other European countries, the shipment must be addressed to our legal address specified at the end of these Terms and Conditions.
- We will send you an email confirmation once the return has been processed and the refund has been made.
Please note that Flowe skin does not handle any returns or withdrawals from other retailers. Please contact the retailer where the purchase was made in those matters.

Flowe skin may, at any time, amend the content of the website. FLOWE SKIN RESPONSIBILITY
Flowe skin liabilities to you are limited in each separate case to these Terms and Conditions unless otherwise is stipulated by law. In no case whatsoever will Flowe skin assume any liability for indirect damages such as loss of profit or in case of force majeure such as war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. Flowe skin liabilities to you will never exceed your total purchase amount for each order. In case of force majeure, Flowe skin obligations will be suspended. The contract between you and Flowe skin can, in such cases, be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by Flowe skin.
VIOLATION OF RULES
Flowe skin reserves the right to seek all solutions available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the website. Individuals violating the restriction of password-protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Latvia (excluding the International Sale of Goods Act). Any disputes pertaining to these Terms and Conditions will be exclusively referred to the Riga City Court (Republic of Latvia), as the court of first instance. Please note that you also have the right to submit a claim regarding Flowe skin to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (address: Brīvības iela 55, Rīga, LV-1010, Latvia, e-mail: pasts@ptac.gov.lv.
