GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions (henceforth: “The Terms and Conditions”) are valid between you and Flowe Skin SIA (henceforth: “we”, “us”) and apply to all use of and orders placed on the Flowe Skin website (henceforth: the “website”). Flowe Skin SIA reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the latest update is found in the final section. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes. The Terms and Conditions valid for your order are those in effect at the time the order is placed. You should keep a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference.
PLACING ORDERS
By using the website and/or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted The Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Please review your selections, provided information, and total cost before finalizing your order. Products in your cart are not reserved until the checkout process is completed and a confirmation email has been sent.
Flowe Skin SIA does not guarantee all products shown are in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any product. Orders may only be placed by persons 18 years or older.
ACCEPTANCE & SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
All orders are subject to acceptance by us. A shipping confirmation will be sent once your order is processed. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you and issue a refund if payment has already been made.
PRICES
Prices on the website include VAT and may vary. Flowe Skin SIA is not bound by pricing errors and reserves the right to cancel orders in such cases. Delivery costs are shown during checkout.

The currency used on the website is the euro. Purchases can be paid for using the following payment methods provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv, Maksekeskus AS:

NB! When using the online banking payment method, confirm your order and click on the “Return to merchant” button.
Personal data required for making payments is transferred to the licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS.
The contract shall enter into force upon successful payment to the online store’s bank account. If for any reason it is not possible to fulfill the order, the Buyer will be informed and the amount paid will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the notification.

Flowe Skin SIA offers delivery within the EU and selected international markets. We aim to ship orders within 24–48 hours on business days. Shipping estimates are provided at checkout. Delays caused by payment authorization or stock issues may affect delivery times.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You have the right to withdraw or exchange your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, contact us at [customerservice@floweskin.com] with your order number and reason. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging and condition.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of return. Faulty items must be reported within a reasonable time, and if accepted, will be refunded in full.
RETURN PROCESS

If approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label.
Pack items securely, label the package clearly, and return it as instructed.
Refund confirmation will be sent via email.
Returns from other retailers will not be accepted.
